Come help manifest this amazing event in the heart of Magickal New York City

HELP ON SATURDAY JULY 12TH

HELP WITH SET UP AT 8-10AM:   Need long measuring tape and chalk 

  • Drawing of spaces 10 x 10 for tents and the numbers assigned

HELPING AT WICCAN FAMILY TENT:   

  • Help set up tent, table, chair and items to sell for Wiccan Family Temple 
  • Purchasing items to make sandwiches for Volunteers                         
  • Purchase drinks & water for Volunteers                                                                                             
  • Sell and run Wiccan Family Temple vending table Items throughout the day

HELP WITH SILENT AUCTION:    

  • Collects the items from each vendor for the Silent Auction                       
  • Each item should have the price value, the vendor booth name and business card or contact info         
  • Runs the silent auction throughout the day         
  • Someone to announce the auction items and business it is from       
  • Then at specified time wines down the auction and announce who has won and distribute winning items.

TOWN HERALD: announces workshops 10 mins before workshop begins

THROUGHOUT THE DAY:

  • Make sure to monitor and announce the workshops          
  • Make sure vendors are ok and supply water if needed

CLOSE DOWN HELP 5-6PM                             

  • At 5pm someone has to make sure to go around and let vendors know it is time to start packing up their wares.                                                                                                                                            
  • They all must vacate the street by 6pm             
  • Street must be left cleaner than we found it

CHILDREN ACTIVITY REALM:  

  • Takes care of setting up and planning children activities throughout the day            
  • Pagan Story telling, Drawing,   Arts and Crafts, Face Painting          
  • Make sure that no child is left without their own parental supervision in the Activity Tent.

TEEN WITCH REALM:  

  • Take care of setting up and planning Teen activities throughout the day Arts and Crafts, and so much more… more info coming soon and open to ideas.

FOOD COLLECTOR:  

  • Takes care of the food collections                             
  • Calls City Harvest Before event and arrange for pickup on the Sat. July 12th at 4pm of collected Food                                  
  • Confirms and makes sure that City Harvest picks up the food before 4:30pm

SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING:

  • To share and get the word out more for lots of people to attend WitchsFest USA    
  • Help get more vendors still have some limited spaces. 
  • Help with marketing WitchsFest as best as possible.

MEDICAL TEAM:   Anyone who has any kind of medical or first aid training to be on hand for any incidentals.
