Booth Fees
Please select the appropriate 10×10 booth space and pay your fee below and fill it out in its entirely. You will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your application is not completed and accepted until you have paid for your Booth Fees. All of the information you need about vending on Astor Place with us will be available in the Participant Group on Facebook.
ALL VENDORS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN TENTS, CHAIRS, TABLES ETC…
Fee for One Space Vending Goods or Services (non-food): Early Registration is $35.00 and After January 15th 2025 $45.00
Please note: Booth fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-TRANSFERRABLE, because this money is given to the City of New York for the festival permit and cannot be retrieved.
