Booth Fees
Please select the appropriate 10×10 booth space and pay your fee below and fill it out in its entirety. You will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your application is not completed and accepted until you have paid for your Booth Fees. All of the information you need about vending on Astor Place with us will be available in the Participant Group on Facebook.
YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN TENTS, CHAIRS, TABLES ETC...
1 Booth Space= $40.00 until Dec. 31/25 $50.00 as of Jan. 1/26
2 Booth Spaces= $80.00 until Dec. 31/25 $100.00 as of Jan. 1/26
NOTE: Temple/Coven/Groups are not allowed to sell any merchandise nor can they accept donations. If you wish to sell items please apply for the Non-Food Vendor Application
Please note: Booth fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-TRANSFERABLE, (the money is given to the City of New York for the festival permit and cannot be retrieved).
