ARE STREET VENDOR PERMITS REQUIRED?
Effective August 30, 2024, street fair vendors are no longer required to obtain a temporary vendor permit from DCWP.
Booth Info:
Please select the appropriate 10×10 booth space and pay your fee below and fill it out in its entirety. You will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your application is not completed and accepted until you have paid your Booth Fees.
1 Booth Space= $165.00 until Dec. 31/25 $200.00 as of Jan. 1/26
2 Booth Spaces= $330.00 until Dec. 31/25 $400.00 as of Jan. 1/26
All of the information you need about vending on Astor Place with us will be available in the Participant Group on Facebook.
ALL VENDORS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN TENTS, CHAIRS, TABLES, MERCH ETC…
Please note: Booth fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-TRANSFERABLE, because this money is given to the City of New York for the festival permit and cannot be retrieved.
