VENDORS MUST BE PAGAN ORIENTED, CURIOUSITY, ODDITIES ETC... Services, crafts, goods for sale, books are all welcome additions to this event. Thousands of people pour through our magickal street festival. We hope you and your booth will be part of the fun and prosperity!
ARE STREET VENDOR PERMITS REQUIRED?
Effective August 30, 2024, street fair vendors are no longer required to obtain a temporary vendor permit from DCWP.
Booth Info:
Please select the appropriate 10×10 booth space/s and pay your fee below making sure to fill it out in its entirety. You will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your application is not completed and accepted until you have paid your Booth Fees.
1 Booth Space= $140.00 until Dec. 31/25 $165.00 as of Jan. 1/26
2 Booth Space= $280.00 until Dec. 31/25 $330.00 as of Jan. 1/26
All of the information you need about vending on Astor Place with us will be available in the Participant Group on Facebook - we will add you to the group once your payment has been accepted.
ALL VENDORS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN TENTS, CHAIRS, TABLES, MERCH ETC…
Please note: Booth fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-TRANSFERABLE, - this money is given to the City of New York for the festival permit and cannot be retrieved.
WE ASK THAT YOU:
- Please help spread the word by placing a WitchsFest profile picture on all of your social media to help create as much interest as possible for people to attend.
SILENT AUCTION / RAFFLE: As part of our fundraiser we run a Silent Auction at WitchsFest in order to do so, every vendor must provide one item to donate to the Silent Auction.
